Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had submitted a note requesting an extra bed for both nights, and it showed that on the printed reservation we showed them, but they stated they never received that request, so the first night we had to find a different place for our third party to stay at, which was very inconvenient. They stated they didn't have any extra beds available because they were all taken due to a wedding reception that was being held at the hotel.

Excellent location when traveling with a show dog. Place for morning walk, nice surroundings. Very friendly staff, very good and tasty choice for buffet breakfast.

It was too hot in the room

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood beside a lovely lake with plenty of playgrounds and ice cream parlors nearby. the staff is helpful and the breakfast is good.

The noise levels are high, making it hard to sleep.

Very quiet location. Had a very nice meal in the restuarant, when the bill came we were expecting 92zl, but it was a lot less, unbeknown to us, 15% for hotel guests.

During my Easter stay, the hotel offered great value for money. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to shops and restaurants. we appreciated the free parking and the comfortable bed.

The room we stayed in was in desperate need of renovation; the carpet was dirty, and the shower door was faulty.

Room on the 1st floor was too close to bar where some business celebration was in the evening - a little bit noisy discotheque, however with a good choice of music :-)

We loved the hotel facilities. Cleanliness was excellent, especially the breakfast area. The hotel's transportation services were convenient and efficient. Additionally, the on-site parking was very useful. The location was superb, with a beautiful lake that provided a sense of safety and tranquility. Location was good - a short distance from station and town. Close to a pretty lake, good for walks and wildlife. Evening meals were simple, very plentiful, tasty and good value. Breakfast was simple and good - although better on the first day than the second! Room was quiet. Staff were helpful.

Room was dirty (although the bed was clean) and smelled of smoke even though we had requested a non smoking room.

It is like truck drivers hotel.It is possible to get better hotel for this price.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was located near the main routes crossing the city. the free parking available made it easy for me to travel around and explore the area. the restaurant offered a fair quality breakfast, which was a good start to my day.
